These are old pictures, mainly in pastel, though in some I used mixed media, pastel and egg tempera. They are mostly sold – apart from the backs study, which was one of the first pastel pictures I ever made and which was mistakenly based on unprimed loose linen. This meant that whenever it was moved, pastel fell off. So now it lives behind glass, high on the wall of my study where it can’t be moved.
